College sexual assault is a real thing, but finding information and practical advice is hard to come by. That's why I wrote a primer on the topic. Apparently, I am on to something. Unsafe On Any Campus? College Sexual Assault and What We Can Do About It won gold medals in the President's Awards of the Florida Authors and Publishers Association and First Place in the Royal Palm Literary Awards.

I've developed practical workshops that teach basic self-defense skills that can be applied in a variety of formats, from a 15 week semester to a 90 minute practical introduction.
